Q.1: The length, breadth and height of a room is 50m, 40m and 30m respectively. Find the cost of white washing its four walls at the rate of Rs 7.50 per sq m.

Q.2: The curved surface area of a cylinder of height 14 cm is 88 sq cm. Find the diameter of its circular base.

Q.3: A cylindrical pillar is 50 cm in diameter and 3.5 m in height. Then find the curved surface area of 20 such pillars.

Q.4: A cuboidal aquarium tank is 6 m long, 5 m wide and 3.5 m deep. How many liter of water it can hold ?

Q.5: A godown measures 40 m x 25 m x 10 m. Find the maximum number of wooden crates each measuring 0.5 m x 0.5 m x 0.5 m that can be stored in that godown.

Q.6: The area of trapezium is 352 sq cm. The distance between the parallel sides is 16 cm. If the length of one of the parallel sides is 25 cm, then find the length of the other parallel side.

Q.7: The area of a rhombus is 360 sq cm. One of its diagonals is 18 cm, then find the length of the other diagonal.

Q.8: The diameter of a roller is 42 cm and its length is 120 cm. It takes 100 complete revolutions to move once over to level a playground. Find the area of the playground in sq m.
